Course you can't blame everything on the manager in fact sometimes people say you can't blame anything on the manager it's all about the players but at some point you have to ask whether the manager is lacking the ability to inspire his players and get the best out of them . Scioscia's been with the angels for a long long time... question is whether it's time for a change.. and also the questions whether Mike knows how to quit. He's a competitor part of him surely wants to win no doubt but also there's probably another part of him that says every now and then maybe more lately is it time to move on but he doesn't know how to do it himself so he has to basically wait until he gets fired. some competitors are like that, they need to be fired for their own good
