So Mike Trout rear-ended a small car and apparently the person in the small car he rear-ended was injured but all we hear is that Mike Trout is ok ,yet was he at fault for hitting the small car in front of him or are they just saying it was unavoidable and yet we don't hear anything about the woman who was apparently seriously hurt allegedly by this car driven by Mike Trout. Or am I misunderstanding the story ? is the woman who was seriously hurt already injured from the other accident not Mike Trout? Otherwise he could be in serious legal trouble if it is determined he was at fault for running into the stopped car in front of him, or at least liable for damages could be millions given his wealth...
